Check in and check out
If you plan to arrive to the hotel before the check in time and wish to have a room available immediately we suggest you book the previous night to ensure immediate access with no delays. A late check out can also be arranged until 6 p.m. (for an extra charge and subject to availability) and if you wish to spend more time in the resort we suggest you book an extra night to guarantee the availability of the room until your departure. Otherwise we’ll store your luggage and you’ll have our facilities at your disposal to freshen up.

Guaranteed reservations and deposits
A guaranteed reservation assures you that there will be a room available regardless of the check in time. If a room is not available, we will arrange your accommodation in another hotel at our expense and provide transportation to and from it. All reservations made through the web site must be guaranteed to a credit card accepted by our hotel.
Certain rates, arrival dates such as New Year’s, Carnival, Easter, or long stays may require a deposit. Please check for full deposit requirements when booking.

Cancellation policy
In low and mid season (autumn, winter and spring) cancellation of reservations must be received at least 48 hours prior to the expected day of arrival. However, high season reservations must be cancelled 96 hours prior to the expected day of arrival. In New Year’s, Easter or Carnival the hotel works with non-refoundable rates so the amount deposited in those cases won’t be reimbursed. The hotel’s policies may differ according to the arrival date. If the cancellation of the guaranteed reservation isn’t received before the required date the hotel will charge a fine equivalent to one night’s rate plus taxes.
